Célia is the Engineer Manager responsible for the Data Pro Supply Squad, a team dedicated to the bus business units and the bus marketplace. She has a big passion for cheese, but could also surprise you with some flamenco dance moves - one of her favourite hobbies.

What makes you proud of working here?
We have a positive impact

"I love that our product enables people to share experiences with others that wouldn’t have met otherwise and allows them to travel in areas that are not well served by other modes of transportation. I also really enjoy that we keep improving. It always brings new challenges, so no room for boredom!"

Your favourite thing about BlaBlaCar?
We come as we are

"I really like that BlaBlaCar is giving space for people to show their personalities and personal interests. For instance, we have the BlaBlaBand, with a lot of concerts. It’s allowing you to connect not only with your team but also others in the company."

What keeps you motivated?
We have many ways to grow

"I’ve done a lot of trainings from agile methods to negotiation. This last one was very interesting because I’m mostly working for other teams, so there is a lot of discussion on how to prioritise and on how to manage your stakeholders and it was super helpful in this sense."
