"At BlaBlaCar, working remotely has become the standard for many of us and it allows us to design our own daily lives. It starts on the top - when the top management works remotely it becomes very natural, and it shows in the entire company. And we also believe we can be just, if nor more productive from a far than in the office."
What makes you productive? Having flexibility in my work
“Here, you have the freedom to find your own way to achieve your objectives. This may vary for different people: some may go for a run at lunchtime, while others may start with a morning run and work late. Some can reconcile family life with work life as they wish, as long as there's a clear understanding of expectations and performance measurement. Everyone can create their own schedule, which is very important.”
