Your experience working remotely? Work-life balance is essential
"For some, remote work was a temporary measure to manage the sanitary situation. At BlaBlaCar, working remotely has become the standard for many of us and it allows us to design our own daily lives. It starts on the top - when the top management works remotely it becomes very natural, and it shows in the entire company."
Your favorite thing about BlaBlaCar? It's a place where quality matters
"We train our managers on a variety of topics, such as leadership, feedback, objective setting and communication. The training creates a common language and a common understanding of how leadership should be like in BlaBlaCar. In an international company with people from different backgrounds, that’s not to be taken for granted."
